A quick and simple appetizer recipe to prepare with an Air Fryer that you can use as a dip or a spread.

Eggplant puree on french bread


  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 Garlic crushed

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper


  • 1 eggplant


Step 1

Slice the eggplant in half, rub some oil on both sides and put it in the Air Fryer for 15 min at 200 °C (400°F).

Step 2

Use a spoon to scoop the flesh of the eggplant and put it in a bowl.

Step 3

Add the olive oil (1 tbsp), the crushed garlic (1), the salt (1 tsp) and mix with the eggplant's flesh.

Step 4

Serve on bread or any appetizer biscuit and enjoy your savory appetizer :) !
